[21.12.2016]GPF funds allotted to circles.
Corporate Office has allotted funds to the circles, for GPF payment. Despite cash crunch, funds are sent. We appreciate the GM(T&BFCI) for this. Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, had a long discussion with shri Y.N.Singh, GM(T&BFCI) today, about making uninterrupted payment of GPF advance to the employees, in a situation wherein BSNL is facing cash crunch due to demonetisation, as well as reduction in revenue, due to competition from Reliance Jio. Certain suggestions have come up in the discussion, which will be further discussed with the Member(Finance) of the DoT.
